Dear all BP's and friends,
This is it!
We will be partying with each other this coming weekend after our four tedious months of
planning, debating, ordering supplies, tasting food, communicating with you and preparing
the site for this BP Grand Reunion Event in San Jose. For that, we would like to extend
our sincere thanks to our active members of the USA Reunion Organizing Committee
2009. To our wonderful registered guests without whom we would have worked for no
reason, we also thank you for your BP spirit and attendance.
Registration
Believe it or not, we are still receiving new registrations at this time. The attendance could
reach 300 by the time of the event. To celebrate this spirit in advance and to mark this
possible threshold, our planning committee has decided not to enforce the late charge.
Everyone is equal and will just pay $50. However, the early birds who registered before
the deadline deserve an ovation. Thank you for that. Just please remember to pay our
treasurer before attending the party event.
Event Location
We are enclosing driving directions details to our event location.
Menu
We have a sumptuous and delectable menu waiting for you on the evening gala of
September 05 as well as for the brunch rendez-vous the following day.
Entertainment
Our Entertainment coordinators have closed all registrations to their program as there has
been an abundance of participation for the evening gala and dancing ball. Our
congratulations to the ones who got chosen to perform their talent.
Check-in procedures on Reunion nights
For your convenience, our BP Grand Reunion committee does not issue physical tickets
on September 05, 2009. If our treasurer certifies that your payment has been received
before the event, your name will appear on his certified list marked as paid when you
check in with us at our reception desk hosted by our charming and talented young BP’s.
For the ones who attend both the BP and LTQD events, their paid LTQD tickets can be
claimed when they check in at our BP reception desk on September 05. For the ones
who attend the LTQD event only, please contact us for their tickets. Please read the latest
announcement from LTQD.
