The BP Entertainers of South California will take this opportunity to conduct their final
rehearsal before leaving for San Jose to perform at the Grand Reunion. Also this is an
opportunity for all BPs of South California to meet and have some fun with each other.
Ticket: $20/person  (to be paid) at the door
Deadline for registration: 31 July 2009 to allow the ROC/OC to arrange seatings



LAS VEGAS AND GRAND CANYON TOUR

Due to requests made by several BPs coming from Europe and Canada, the ROC/OC
has made changes to the LAS VEGAS/GRAND CANYON TOUR  as follows:

Las Vegas Tour from Westminster, Orange County:
Departure from Westminster to Las Vegas: TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 8, 2009
Return: FRIDAY  September 11, 2009

Transportation: By bus if we have more than 30 persons or by van if we have less.
Cost of transportation from Westminster to Las Vegas: $80 per person (round trip)

Hotel in Las Vegas: Hotel Bally’s. Regular rate is $80/per room with 2 queen beds good
for 4 persons. However ROC/OC will negotiate a better hotel deal once we know exactly
how many persons will participate and will announce later.

Grand Canyon Tour from Las Vegas:
For those who wish to visit Grand Canyon on Thursday Sept 10, 2009 instead of
staying in Las Vegas, a tour from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon by bus ( leaving Las
Vegas in the morning and returning to Las Vegas in the evening) will cost an extra $80
per person.

The Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens is an educational and
research institution established by Henry E. Huntington in San Marino (near Pasadena),
California, USA.:
•        It holds a collection of rare books and manuscripts (for example Benjamin
Franklin's autobiography)
•        It has an art collection consisting of the works of 18th and 19th century British
and French artists and 18th, 19th and early 20th century American artists
•        It features superb botanical gardens cover 120 acres (485,624 m²).  Its theme
gardens  (Desert Garden Conservatory, Japanese Garden, Rose garden, Shakespeare
garden, and  Chinese garden) contain rare plants from around the world.
Cost:  
•        Entrance fee:
o        Adults:  $15 weekdays;   $20 week-ends
o        Seniors: (age 65+) $12 weekdays:   $15 week-ends

Transportation from Westminster, Orange County to San Jose
Departure: Friday 4 Sept 2009
Return: Monday 7 Sept 2009
If there are over 30 persons, we will charter a bus for BPs and guests only and
passengers may conduct musical activities on the bus. If we have between 15 to 30
persons, we will share a bus with outsiders. If we have less than 15 persons , we will
rent 2 minivans to transport our guests from Westminster to  SJ and back.
Transportation costs: $40 one way or $80 round trip per person
